Experience in –
4-5 years of facilities management experience
Proficient in–
Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills –
collaborative, professional, strong communication skills
Education –
Preferred, not required; experience can compensate
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing vendor relations
Setting up and monitoring badge access
Coordinating event logistics and collaborating with IT to set up equipment
Processing invoices and updating office reports
Organizing office inventory and maintaining supplies
