Summary:
This position is responsible for collecting, cleansing, and reporting actionable data that will be used in strategic decision-making company wide.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Collect and compile data from various sources (primarily Excel and SQL databases), ensuring accuracy and consistency.Utilize SQL to develop and maintain databases, queries, and reports.Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data integrity and quality.Develop and generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related needs.Create automated imports of data from our ERP system, customer provided reports and other internal sources.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.Other job activities as assigned.
Essential Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a business intelligence context.Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or SSIS.Experience in data collection, cleansing, and reporting.Familiarity with Power BI preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
