2+ years of experience in asbestos or toxic tort litigation.Responsibilities Include:Taking and defending expert and witness depositionsDrafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex mattersDrafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various partiesDeveloping client relationships through oral and written communicationPreparation for trial including motions in limine, exhibit lists, witness listsQualifications:2+ years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience is requiredRequires a Juris Doctor degreeLicensed in CaliforniaSelf-motivated individual with high energy willing to do whatever it takes to complete responsibilities on deadlineExperience in billable work environmentSuperior written and oral communication skills with attention to detailYukevich | Cavanaugh offers competitive salaries ranging from $130,000 to $200,000, based on experience level, excellent benefits, and a positive and welcoming work environment.
