Minimum billable hours are 1,900 per year, with a very generous bonus structure for those choosing to exceed 1,900 hours.Responsibilities Include:Taking and defending expert and witness depositionsDrafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex mattersDrafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various partiesDeveloping client relationships through oral and written communicationPreparation for trial including motions in limine, exhibit lists, witness listsJob Requirements: QualificationsAt least 2 years of asbestos or toxic tort litigation experience is requiredRequires a Juris Doctor degree from a top law schoolLicensed in CaliforniaSelf-motivated individual with high energy willing to do whatever it takes to complete responsibilities on deadlineExperience in billable work environmentSuperior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
