Lincoln Property Company is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee a 460,000 sqft office portfolio located in South San Francisco.Responsibilities:Assist with bid process of contracted servicesPrepare lease summaries of new tenantsReview monthly financial reports, annual budget, and operating expense escalationsCollect rent and handle minor accounts issuesManage client and tenant relationsDraft correspondence on various matters pertaining to property managementMonitor the maintenance work order systemReview monthly reports and status of tenant complaints in all buildingsConduct routine property inspectionsDesired Competency Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s level degree in Business or a related field;Minimum of 5+ years of Commercial Real-Estate property management experience;Must have California Real Estate License;Experience using JDE, Yardi and Kardin accounting software preferred;Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office;Resident of San Francisco or within driving distance of property;The successful candidate will be very detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, extremely professional, and customer service oriented;Self-motivation, leadership, teamwork and collaboration;Detail-oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving;Written and verbal communication.Pay Range:$150,000 - $165,000 USDAbout Lincoln Property Company:Lincoln Property Company
