The Rutgers Business School at Rutgers – Newark and New Brunswick is accepting applications for the WinterSession term, with courses beginning in December 2024 until January 2025. We are seeking qualified candidates who will contribute to the University’s educational mission, as well as the academic objectives and goals of the Rutgers Business School, combining learning and enterprise.Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:Instructing/Co-instructing courses at the graduate and/or undergraduate level (may include traditional lecture, hybrid, and/or fully online courses)Prepare course materials (e.g., syllabi, presentations, hand-outs, reading materials, etc.)Provide advisement and constructive feedback to students as well as instruction regarding student work and academic standardsRespond to student emails and inquiriesAdhere to grade submission policies and deadlinesAdhere to University policies and regulationsPractice innovative educational methodologyPosition Status:
Part TimeMinimum Education and Experience:
Masters degree in a related field or relevant industry experience is required. Doctoral degrees are preferred.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must demonstrate ability to teach at an undergraduate or graduate level; prior teaching experience is preferred.For additional information, visit
