link/button.Recruitment/Posting Title: Rutgers Business School - Nwk and NB - Adjunct Summer 2024Department: RBS - Human ResourcesSalary: Salary per CreditPosting Summary: The Rutgers Business School at Rutgers – Newark and New Brunswick is accepting applications for part-time instructors for the Summer 2024 term, with courses beginning in May 2024 to August 2024. We are seeking qualified candidates who will contribute to the University’s educational mission, as well as the academic objectives and goals of the Rutgers Business School, combining learning and enterprise.Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:Instructing/Co-instructing courses at the graduate and/or undergraduate level (may include traditional lecture, hybrid, and/or fully online courses)Prepare course materials (e.g., syllabi, presentations, hand-outs, reading materials, etc.)Provide advisement and constructive feedback to students as well as instruction regarding student work and academic standardsRespond to student emails and inquiriesAdhere to grade submission policies and deadlinesAdhere to University policies and regulationsPractice innovative educational methodologyPosition Status: Part TimePosting Number: 24FA0040Minimum Education and Experience: Masters degree in a related field or relevant industry experience is required.
