REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in account management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and software.Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to warrant satisfaction and retention.Strong skills in analyzing account data and providing regular, comprehensive reports on account status.Competent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex client needs.Previous collaboration with a recruitment team to ensure timely and effective placement of candidates.
