New Ways to Care . Your purposeful career begins here.Summary:The head of data will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management for Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetics USA. The head of Data reports to the CEO and oversees Master Data Management, Data Governance and platforms, Sales analytics and forecasting as well as Consumer data and Insights. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive data excellence and support business objectives.Essential Functions:Alignment and Corporate Strategy Integration

Collaborate closely with the HQ Data Office to align local data management with the corporate data strategy.Implement corporate data governance standards within the local context to ensure consistency and compliance.Propose and develop a local data strategy that supports and enhances the global objectives of the organization.Report regularly to the HQ Data Office, providing clear and concise updates on local data initiatives and progress.Master Data Management

Develop and implement MDM strategies and processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Oversee the integration and maintenance of master data across multiple systems (incl. Dynamics) and platforms.Collaborate with IT and all departments to ensure effective data integration and governance.Data Governance:

Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards externally and internally.Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing corrective actions as needed.Data Platforms:

Manage data architect.Lead the development and maintenance of data in Veeva, and Group data system.Evaluate and implement new data technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of data platforms.Data usage and visualization

Lead the dermo-cosmetics organization along with the CEO in utilizing data for all business decisions including management of key MT dashboards.Introduce data visualization and support the team transitioning to Tableau.Sales Analytics and Forecasting:

Own the relationship with IQVIA Provoice for AWR and ensure analytics are carried out to deliver business results along with the Medical Detailing team.Oversee the Sales operations team and ensure the development of sales analytics models and forecasting tools.Provide insights and recommendations to drive sales strategy and performance.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align analytics with business goals.Consumer Data and Insights:

Manage Director of Consumer Insights and 2 external Circana resources.Own the consumer insights budget and the negotiations and relationships.Lead the analysis of consumer data to derive actionable insights.Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer understanding and engagement.Work with marketing teams to integrate consumer insights into business strategies.Own the CDP (Lexer) and leverage the data in collaboration with the Consumer, Patient and Professional Activation Team.Competencies:Expertise in data management tools, analytics platforms, and database systems.Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present data insights to stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Required Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and governance.Proven track record in leading data management and analytics teams.Strong knowledge of MDM, data governance frameworks, and data platform technologies.Good knowledge of Tableau.Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and consumer insights.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Work Environment / Physical Demands / Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Travel:
