Your purposeful career begins here.SUMMARY:Reporting to the Head of US Commercial and Business Development, The Marketing Director will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics, manage the creation and adaptation of marketing materials, and lead key commercial events. The Marketing Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure core HCP disease awareness, KOL engagement plan, ad boards, and strategic engagement objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Material Development and Adaptation:Oversee the development and adaptation of both unbranded and branded marketing materials.Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, from concept through to completion, including CTL training on approved marketing materials.Omnichannel Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all channels.Execute tactical plans to support overall marketing strategy, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts.Lead the organization and management of advisory boards, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder engagement.Coordinate with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.Plan and execute market research initiatives to gather valuable market insights from key stakeholders.Analyze research findings to inform marketing strategies and product development.Launch Meeting and Speaker Training:Plan and execute product launch meetings, ensuring all aspects are aligned with strategic goals.Organize and manage speaker training sessions to ensure effective communication of key messages.Commercial Congress Engagement and Planning:Lead the planning and execution of commercial congresses and other key industry events.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and maximum impact.Other:Manage Operating expenses/budget.Other duties as required by the Business.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Experience in Hematology, oncology, rare disease, or cell therapy is a must.Proven track record in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies.Strong leadership skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Experience in market research and data analysis.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Preferably located in NJ.
