Your purposeful career begins here.SUMMARY:Pierre Fabre is looking for creative, highly motivated individuals to help drive the successful launch of tabelecleucel (Tab-cel), potentially the first allogeneic T-cell immunotherapy approved in the US. As part of the initial Cellular Therapy Liaison (CTL) team, you will focus on delivering results with innovative solutions for complex patients suffering from Post Transplant Lymphoproliferative Disease (EBV+ PTLD). In the preapproval phase, the CTL will develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts to understand unmet needs and patient journeys. Post approval, the CTLs will drive demand and support utilization and treatment experience of Tab-cel within institutions in their assigned territory.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Pre approval disease state education, market mapping and researchIdentify and engage with medical experts in the fields of bone marrow transplant (BMT), lymphoma, and solid organ transplantation (SOT) specialists managing PTLDUnderstand processes at transplant centers and engage on process mapping and potential onboarding requirements for allogeneic cell therapiesEducate physicians on the severity of disease, unmet medical need, and current standard of careCreate and maintain detailed site profiles Pre and post approvalDevelop and execute territory business plans that include account-specific disease awareness and expert engagement strategiesEngage with stakeholders such as therapeutic guideline committees, transplant administrators, patient organizations, and medical societiesCollaborate with marketing in the development of US promotional materials for launchProvide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits and facilitating meetings with medical expertsKeep up to date with the latest clinical data relevant to Pierre Fabre focus therapeutic areasEnsure cooperative collaborative communication with cross-functional teamsOperate in compliance with all laws, regulations and policiesPost Approval: Drive appropriate utilization of Pierre Fabre products and educate on efficacy and safety of Tab-celREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Four-year college degreeAt least 7 years of experience within the biopharma industryDeep expertise in HSCT, Hem/Onc, solid organ transplant, rare disease or cellular therapyAbility to manage complex treatment logisticsScientific curiosity, creativity, and flexibilityA passion for making a difference in the lives of patientsPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Launch experience in a rare disease or cellular therapyExperience managing large geographiesDemonstrated record of successful account management in large academic institutionsLOCATION:
