Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of Chicago7+ years' experience in professional liabilityDeposition and trial preparation experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in conducting paper discovery, depositions, motion practice, and report writingProcesses including electronic filing are preferredResponsibilities
Independently manage or support a defense litigation caseload from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, or trialWork closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
