Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolMust be admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey7+ years of civil litigation experienceExperience in trucking, products liability and premises liability preferredExcellent legal writing and communication skillsLegal project management experience is helpfulResponsibilities
Independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end.Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claimsHandle court appearances and conduct depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
