Taking and defending depositions to support litigation strategies.

Collaborating with legal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies.

Representing clients in court proceedings and hearings.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in the state of Oregon.

Proven experience in document review, legal research, and writing.

Certifications:Active membership in the Oregon State Bar.
