The Role

As our first Sales Development Representative in the US, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion into North America. For the past 6 months, the US GTM team has built a robust and effective approach for driving pipeline. You will be responsible for further scaling both our inbound and outbound efforts, as well as serving as the first point of contact for many prospects by delivering our gold standard demo. As a fast-growing startup, your success will leave a lasting imprint on our business and it will provide you with a strong foundation for role expansion into account management or sales leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage prospects with amazing demo experiences that encourage further platform exploration.Leverage your expertise in our ideal customer profile to qualify inbound leads and ensure only the highest propensity opportunities move down funnel.Raise awareness and generate interest for Josys through cold calling, emails, and social outreach.Develop a keen understanding of our competitive landscape and how Josys differentiates itself from the competition.Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volumes.Provide constructive feedback on how to improve GTM effectiveness and efficiency.Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 18 months of experience as a high-performing SDR in a fast-growing company, preferably in SaaS or technology-related fields. Experience selling to IT is a plus.You have excellent communication skills including asking great qualification questions, delivering an impactful elevator pitch, and responding to tough objections.You have a passion for unearthing customer pain points and helping paint a picture of what a possible solution could look like.You have strong technology acumen and demonstrate a thirst for continuously expanding your knowledge base and honing your craft.You have a high sense of urgency and a strong competitive spirit, pushing you to get the job done.You are highly goal-driven, a hustler, who can adapt to changing business scenarios and thrive in result-driven environments.
