https://CEF.incROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Regularly collaborate with senior stakeholders to evaluate business models and strategies.Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies for new ventures.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Prepare pricing proposals and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals.Assist in the creation of compelling and professional presentations for potential and existing clients.Demonstrate business case for new solutions by visual presentations and clear ROI.Monitor and report on financial performance related to new business initiatives.Track key financial metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in business strategy, business development, or a related role.Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) financial analysis and modeling.High proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially in Excel and PowerPoint.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Exceptional verbal and written presentation/communication skills.Disciplined and self-motivated.Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.PREFERENCES:Hands-on experience with developing, evaluating, and pitching new business solutions to senior stakeholders and/or clients.Ability to understand, analyze, and develop process innovations for business operations.Knowledge and experience of customer service, customer experience, and/or BPO industry.Previous experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment.OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:Able to work full-time in the US without any restrictions.
