We are a group of smart, passionate leaders shaping the future of AI and are building a high-performing team.About the OpportunityWe are looking for a talented Solutions Architect with the skills, energy, and passion to support our customers in implementing the latest AI technology. You will be responsible for understanding customer pain points and driving customer success by AI-enabling their use cases with the unitQ platform. We're looking for people with high customer empathy who can lead strategic customer conversations, identify opportunities, and drive processes to achieve impactful customer outcomes.Role ResponsibilitiesDirectly work with customers to integrate unitQ into existing workflowsOversee, project manage, and advise on the implementation of customers' unitQ environmentProvide technical and product expertise to customers throughout their onboarding and beyondCoordinate with Engineering & Operations teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutionsApply analytical skills to synthesize insights provided by unitQ’s AI platformCollaborate with Product and engineering to influence the product roadmap by addressing customer needs and the technology's application.Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and best practices.Serve as the point of contact for customers and systematically track and address all customer questions and requests.Deeply understand customers' perception of ROI and actively communicate the ROI of the unitQ platform.About you:BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience as a software engineerProficient with SQL or analytics tools to create data visualizations with Looker, Tableau, or similarDemonstrated experience automating processes with Python, JavaScript, or JavaStrong interpersonal skills and business acumen, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and large enterprise clientsComfortable presenting and providing training for complex software productsApplication Development experience is a bonus.BenefitsStock OptionsFlexible/unlimited Vacation PolicyMedical coverage through BlueShield and KaiserDental and Vision coverage through Beam401(k) PlanLife InsuranceFSA and Dependent Care FSA Plans$50/month internet/cell phone/equipment reimbursementGenerous leave policiesEquinox Gym Memberships - No Equinox near you?
