Our growing firm is seeking a well-qualified Senior Family Law Attorney who can handle a heavy caseload, work independently, and zealously represent clients both in and out of court. To be considered, you should have solid trial experience and be willing to mentor our newer associates. Our office handles Juvenile Dependency and Estate Planning matters also, so experience in either of those areas is a bonus.Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable lawsDraft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responsesComplete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefsArgue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedingsStrategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitrationQualifications:

Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of California with 5 years experience as a lawyer or paralegal in the family law or estate planning practice areas.Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skillsActive member in good standing with local and state bar associationsWork independently while handling a heavy caseloadPrior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitrationCompensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 yearly
