Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflictsPrepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearingsPerform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motionsGet appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responsesAttend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motionsQualifications:
Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal fieldActive member in good standing with local and state bar associationsAble to work independently while handling multiple filesPrevious experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitrationAt least 15 years of experience as an attorney and minimum of 5 years of experience managing other attorneysActive license to practice law in CaliforniaCompensation:
$195,000 - $210,000 yearly
