Our client seeks to hire an experienced Managing Litigation Attorney, preferably with experience in Construction Litigation. The ideal candidate will have substantial trial experience, be capable of managing a caseload independently, and possess strong mentoring skills to guide a small team of junior associates.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court, including arguing motions during legal proceedingsConduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefsProvide strategic guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegalsLead trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration effortsPrepare and manage essential legal documentsAssign cases and follow up with associatesWork closely with firm leadership to manage case progressionAddress issues with associates regarding billing or substantive workQualificationsAdmitted to the California State BarMinimum of 15 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 5 years of managerial experienceExperience in construction litigation is preferred, but candidates with strong business litigation backgrounds will be consideredLarge firm experience is a plusSalary Range:
$195,000 - $210,000Reference:
