The ideal candidate will have substantial trial experience, be capable of managing a caseload independently, and possess strong mentoring skills to guide a small team of junior associates.Grow your career with a supportive, healthy, work-life-balance focused firm, offering a substantial leadership role with a thriving, successful, and ambitious practice, drenched in new caseloads.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in court, including arguing motions during legal proceedings.Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.Provide strategic guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals.Lead trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration efforts.Prepare and manage essential legal documents.Assign cases and follow up with associates.Work closely with firm leadership to manage case progression.Address issues with associates regarding billing or substantive work.QualificationsAdmitted to the California State Bar.Minimum of 15 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 5 years of managerial experience.Experience in construction litigation is preferred, but candidates with strong business litigation backgrounds will be considered.Large firm experience is a plus.Salary Range:

$195,000 - $210,000
