Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responsesRepresent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedingsConduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motionsSupervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniquesPrepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearingsQualifications:
Work independently while handling a heavy caseloadAt least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorneyApplicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experienceAdmitted to local and state bar associationsFour-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law schoolCompensation:
$165,000+ yearly DOE
