Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefsAttend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motionsSupervise and mentor lower-level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniquesGet appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responsesKeep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and lawsQualifications:
Admitted to local and state bar associationsApplicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experienceBachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorneyExcellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skillsCompensation:
$150,000 - $300,000 yearly
