Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearingsMaintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable lawsPerform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motionsRepresent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedingsPrepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responsesQualifications:
Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervisionExcellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industryPrevious experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitrationCompensation:
$120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus BOE
