Experienced Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced yet hungry attorney to help our clients achieve the best possible legal outcome on their injury claims. In a fast-paced and sincerely supportive environment, you will regularly communicate with our valued clients at specific stages of their claims. You will be their best advocate, advise them on the status of their claim, offer advice, and implement aggressive strategies to get them the most compensation because they deserve the best.You should have previous trial experience, be able to manage a heavy caseload, and be an effective communicator both oral and written. Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings.Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses.Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs.Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws.Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings.Qualifications:

Must be able to handle a heavy caseload with little supervision.Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry.Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration.Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree).Must have previous experience in personal injury claims.Compensation:

$150,000 - $175,000 yearly
