Collaborate with Design, Development, Regional Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop seasonal product initiatives and assortments aligned with revenue targets and brand vision. As the curator of the global assortment, ensure cohesion across regions. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, upholding the brand’s value proposition while driving innovation.Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a global product creation strategy for the category. Drive growth and revenue across channels and regions.Assortment Planning:

Collaborate with Global Planning to create comprehensive global assortment plans. Align assortment and line plans with regional merchandising financial goals.Talent Development:

Cultivate high-performing talent within your team. Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports.Product Lifecycle and Margin Targets:

Partner with Product Development and Global Planning to establish product lifecycle plans. Strive to meet or exceed margin targets for the category.Market Insights and Segmentation:

Conduct market research to identify seasonal opportunities. Drive global segmentation at consumer, category, channel, and tier levels.Operational Excellence:

Collaborate closely with Design and Product Development partners. Ensure timely and effective execution of prototypes.Go-To-Market Efforts:

Participate in cross-functional go-to-market workstreams. Translate seasonal vision into compelling in-store and online experiences with Retail and Marketing partners.Sales Meetings:

Engage in preseason meetings with strategic accounts and direct-to-consumer teams.What do you need to succeed?

For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel:5+ years of footwear industry experience and professional achievements.3+ years management experience and success with cross-functional partnerships.Experience in product forecasting, statistical modeling, and/or strategic planning.Experience in retail sales analysis and interpretation of data to identify opportunities.Understanding of sales, product design, development, and manufacturing processes.Strategic leader with proven ability to grow a category and bring big ideas to market.Strong presentation skills and ability to influence in front of accounts.Strong understanding of the assigned marketplace, including regional differences and across diverse channels of distribution.Ability to play an integral role within a broader team and connect departmental and individual expectations to company vision.Ability to work with others as part of a cross-functional team and achieve results across distinct groups.What do we offer you?

$120,960.00 USD - $151,200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential:
