RealREPP, a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm, is teaming with a well-established, growing, and team-oriented commercial owner/developer to hire a Senior Property Manager who will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a beautiful mixed-use office portfolio in the Bay Area. The successful candidate will regularly collaborate with team members to ensure a best-in-class experience at each campus. The portfolio totals around 1.1 MSF and will mentor and manage an Assistant Property Manager. This Senior Property Manager will be strategic in their decision-making, organized, and have the ability to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while building strong working relationships.
This position offers a hybrid work model, which includes 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. This organization offers an impressive and industry-leading compensation package that includes an excellent base salary + bonus. Minimum (8-10) years experience with multi-sites in commercial real estate managementBachelor’s DegreeAbility to be a team player and excel in cross-functional collaborationStrong desire to provide superior customer service and operational excellenceAbility to problem solve, reason, motivate, organize and train team membersAbility to demonstrate strong initiative and proactive problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in prioritizing workloadRequires strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skills are a plusComputer literate including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookMRI and Building Engines experience a plus
