Supply Chain System SupportA Procurement Power User Business Systems Analyst is a subject matter expert (SME) specializing in applications utilized within the supply chain organization. They typically serve as the main contact point for internal individuals who encounter disruptions related to these applications. Their role involves process recommendations, user assistance, and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution. They collaborate closely with the SAP Solution Center, application developers, and business personnel to provide support for application maintenance, enhancement, deployment, and user-specific system issues.
What you’ll be doing as a Procurement Power User – Business Systems Analyst- JIRA Ticket Management: Provide timely responses to JIRA tickets within the Procurement Power User project space.- End-to-End Involvement: Play a pivotal role in new implementations, system enhancements, and modifications, from requirements gathering to final approval.- Requirements Preparation: Create clearly defined functional and technical requirements to ensure solutions support Supply Chain operations and business processes.- Business Interaction: Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure their business interests are accurately represented in IT projects.
