Centric Brands reflects a team built on respect, for others and for the hard work it takes to achieve our goals and build our bright future together.Specific Responsibilities Would Include:Partner with the VP of Finance and the Director of Stores to build annual sales and margin plans by store/channel.Develop seasonal buy plans to ensure the right level of investment by channel and provide financial guidance for the Buyer.Partner with Design, Merchandising and Wholesale to execute the brand strategy across channels and throughout the product life cycle.Influence product and assortment strategies through collaboration with Design and Merchandising to accommodate DTC needs based on hindsight, store feedback, and strategic opportunities.Lead across planning, buying and allocation to drive in-season sales, margin, and inventory, and maximize the opportunity by channel.Spearhead the process of planning, buying, and execution of new store openings.Participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive process improvements, standardizations, and best practices aligned to accommodate complexities of the business.Demonstrates effective working relationships, building strong partnerships and influencing cross functional leaders.Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:Bachelor’s Degree.10+ years of experience in merchandise planning, buying and allocation experience a plus.Advanced knowledge of planning, OTB, inventory management, merchandising, assortment building, store planning and allocation concepts, with an understanding of financial and operational impacts.Leadership and strategic approach to business.Analytical and data-driven decision maker.Ability to manage workflow and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
