Duties
Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims and disputes.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement case strategies.Provide clients with legal advice and updates on case progress.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Maintain detailed and organized case files and documentation.Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to property insurance.Assist in marketing and business development efforts to grow the practice.Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar Association (or pending admission).0-5 years of experience in property law or related fields.Portable business is a plus.Strong research and writing skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software.Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Admission to the State Bar Association (or pending admission).Skills
Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction.Job Location
