Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role will involve continuous improvement of quality processes, internal audits, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain QMS: Implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO/TS 16949, IATF16949, and other industry standards (VDA).Conduct Internal Audits: Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for quality processes, procedures, and audit results.Training and Support: Train and support staff on QMS requirements and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and other problem-solving techniques.Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.Customer Interaction: Interface with customers on quality-related matters, including audits, assessments, and issue resolution.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
