Job SummaryLead quality data management and traceability standards establish, risk assessment for products.Lead to prepare and coordinate the product’s quality data management system and processes establish.Provide DATA support for problem analysis and root cause investigation of non-conforming product/process in workcell.Coordinate the communication with related teams on quality data traceability.Provide training and knowledge sharing for product traceability requirements.Follow QA SME Manager’s other job assignment.JOB DESCRIPTIONQuality data management and traceability standards establish.1.1 Work with cross-functional teams to define quality traceability requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria for electronic systems and process to ensure compliance with customer expectations and industry standards.1.2 Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of quality data and manufacturing records for products, including test results, inspection reports, non-conformances, and corrective actions.1.3 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality data management and traceability in automotive electronics manufacturing, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3 and AS 9100D etc. specifications.Quality data management system and processes.2.1 Develop and implement quality data management systems and processes to capture, analyze, and report key quality metrics and performance indicators for products.2.2 Design and deploy traceability systems and tools to track and record the manufacturing history, components, and processes of electronic assemblies throughout the production lifecycle.2.3 Design and deploy quick traceability report, according to different customer requirements, quickly provide the needed for traceability data.Investigation and root cause analysis activities.3.1 Perform status and trend analysis based on product, process and other related system data or records.3.2 Based on the results of data analysis to provide diagnosis and recommendations to identify opportunities for product quality compliance, risk, reliability, and process effectiveness improvement.Communication with related teams about quality data traceability.4.1 Assist workcell team to respond to customer, third party, and internal audits and assessments of quality data management and traceability.4.2 Provide data analysis of raw materials to support supplier performance evaluation.4.3 Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality data management and traceability for products and recommend and implement relevant improvements and enhancements.Training and Knowledge Sharing.5.1 Conduct training about Quality Data Traceability, system, relative statutory and regulatory requirements, or other products related standards, for newcomer or per operations required.5.2 Establish the cookbook for products quality data traceability.Digital Solution.6.1 According to the requirements of QA department or workcell digital solution of process to develop digital solution to improve process quality and efficiency.6.2 Provides a data mining system for workcell team to monitor custom high-risk products.Follow QA SME Manager’s other job assignment.REREQUISITESBachelor or above degree, worded in EMS industry with minimum 10 years quality control or quality data management or traceability experience, minimum 6 years’ experience on automotive products or medical devices.Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing. Knowledge of data mining or "Data analyst" certificate is preferred.Experience with quality data management systems, databases, and software platforms, such as ERP/MRP systems, MES, and PLM/PDM solutions.Familiarity with traceability standards and regulations, including product serialization, part traceability, and product electronic record requirements for automotive, medical devices and the other product industry.Understand the process and technology in EMS industry, especially for automotive products or medical devices.Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written media.Understand quality management system (QMS) standards on data record, storage, traceability, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3 and AS 9100D etc.Skillful at excel data analysis, candidate can use SQL, power BI, python, etc. data analysis tools is preferred.Fluent in oral and written English.
