In addition to attractive career paths and high-quality development programs, we offer performance-based compensation, health promotion measures, and hybrid and flexible work models.ResponsibilitiesAssists in developing procedures for a part of the organization, including overseeing implementation.Contributes to the creation of HR frameworks and tools, ensuring compliance with agreed design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements.Provides specialized guidance on policy and procedure interpretation and application, resolves questions and issues, and refers very complex or contentious matters to others.Delivers complex HR data analyses, identifying key trends to provide insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhance employee engagement, and improve business performance.Advises and supervises managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary actions) for individual employees.
