The Role:

The Director of Third Party Partnerships is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key third-party partners to drive sales growth and enhance market presence. This role involves centralizing leadership for all third party relationships within PurposeBuild Brands, leading the external development of the company’s future merchandising plan, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and partnership management within the CPG industry.

What You Will Do: .

Lead a team of merchandising management associates focused on strengthening our third party relationships and enhancing our internal activities in support of third party partners.Lead the external development of future merchandising plan, scorecard, and execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration.Evaluate and assess third party partnership needs and lead development of new agreements and implementation.Oversee the execution and performance of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Centralize internal communication, reporting, and contract management of third party partners.Evaluate capabilities and support across internal stakeholders.Discover channels or classes of trade that are not utilized today.Recommend contract changes or evolution to mutually benefit PurposeBuilt Brands and third party partners.Manage and review data to analyze, monitor and report order information and trends for timely decisions and resolutions.Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance to senior management.Work with a sense of urgency to ensure that operational plans are executed, performance goals are achieved, and cross functional teams are kept informed.What You Will Bring:

Minimum of 8 years overall experience in sales and partnership management in a consumer goods/household products environment.3 or more years people management experience.Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with divers internal and external stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Well-organized; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
