The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending employers against single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases, as well as ERISA litigation. This role requires occasional in-office presence for meetings, depositions, and court appearances. The successful candidate will possess an excellent academic record, solid experience in employment litigation, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
