Responsibilities:Manage and oversee residential real estate transactions from inception to closing.Provide legal advice and guidance on residential real estate matters.Draft and review legal documents related to homeowners associations.Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in residential real estate dealings.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the South Carolina and Georgia Bar and in good standing.Prior experience in residential real estate law is preferred.Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.Skills:Proficiency in legal drafting and research techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Job Location
