Starting Compensation

Annual Salary: $71,500.00 - $92,999.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)

About the Job

The Relationship Manager role is with our Post-Purchase/Media Department. This individual fosters relationships with internal and external partners to drive organizational success, analyzes initiatives, manages existing programs, executes on department priorities, measures against performance goals, and ensures a culture of compliance and consumer treatment in line with company values. They will be responsible for working directly with MCM’s third party partners and internal departments including Business Development, Legal Outsourcing, Inventory Management and ICPMO. The Relationship Manager will be partnering with global internal stakeholders to provide real time updates on project development and business functions. They will be analyzing/presenting data to influence process improvements and IT development. Responsibilities include:

Manage 3rd party relationships with external issuers.

Oversee a global team that is responsible for accurate transactional execution.

Create and maintain the monitoring of reports and analytical tools to ensure accuracy, identify trends/issues/opportunities.

Work closely with members of the team and other departments to communicate ongoing results and suggested strategy changes.

Identify areas of improvement with external issuers and/or internal stakeholders.

Conduct root cause analysis and present on proposed solutions while considering associated benefits, costs, and risks.

Manage limited scope projects related to process improvements.

Ensure processes are well documented and up to date.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's

EXPERIENCE:

1 - 3 years of experience in a project or process management role, operations management, management consulting, or equivalent education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

Strong proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).

Program or relationship management skills, collaboration skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and analytical skills.

Experience using Salesforce.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

Master's Advanced

EXPERIENCE:

1 - 3 years of experience in financial services or Vendor/Program management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

Familiarity with SAS/SQL or other data querying tools.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).

Admin level experience with Salesforce.

Comfort with public speaking and representing corporate interests.

Ability to solve complex problems.
