Starting Compensation

Annual Salary: $138,200.00 - $179,499.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)

About the JobManages Compensation processes to support deployment of MCM’s Total Rewards Strategy. Performs complex analytics and provides insights based on data to support functional decision making. Works under limited supervision. Solves problems which are moderate in scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

Performs compensation and benefits bench-marking studies by working with consulting partners to submit survey information for compensation programs. Receives survey reports and performs detailed data checks and analysis. Performs data comparisons and insights to support Pay range development process.

Supports the planning and execution of the Annual / Mid-year/ Off-cycle Compensation Planning process. Performs analysis such as Comp ratios and Cost impact analysis to evaluate overall impact of proposals. Works with HRBP teams and business to ensure smooth delivery of merit letters. Ensures accurate payroll input for merit related changes.

Manages and executes the Total Reward Statement project under limited supervision. Works with consulting partners and internal stakeholders for timely and accurate submission of data for the project. Collaborates with HRBP and Corp Comm. Team to develop and roll out communication strategy to support the project.

Performs analysis of compensation programs or related projects which support the Total Rewards Strategy. This may include calculating costs and/or value of compensation programs such as base salary structures, Short Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) analysis.

Performs other transactions related to compensation management including approvals in Workday and reporting.

Manage all related statutory compliances and track regulatory changes such as minimum wages, pay ratio and pay equity.

Management of direct reports (reporting to the role).

Education

Required:

Bachelor: Human Resources, Business or quantitative field

Preferred:

Master or Advanced

Experience

5 to 10 years’ hands-on compensation experience

PREFERRED SKILL SET, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

CCP / Master’s degree in HR / SPHR / SHRM-SCP
