Starting Compensation

About the Job
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional, strategic initiatives for the company. This individual will use project management tools and methodologies to support and/or lead project teams through the entire project management/process improvement lifecycle.
Responsibilities Include:
Create project plans, track and monitor results, prepare status reports, facilitate project meetings and help drive projects through to completion.
Lead or support cross-functional project teams in scope definition, process analysis, problem solving, recommendations and overall project execution.
Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation plans and work cross functionally to ensure successful project execution.
Utilize project management tools, systems, templates and processes to organize and drive project work according to the project plan, key deliverables and milestones.
Required
Minimum 4 years in a project management role
Bachelor's degree
Ability to capture key project metrics
Proficient in MS Office Suite, meeting facilitation tools, SharePoint, process mapping tools
Strong critical thinking, communication skills, business acumen, organizational skills
Detail oriented
Financial/business case analysis, facilitation and execution skills
Preferred
Masters or Advanced degree
Experience working for a publicly traded company in a similar role
Debt and/or Legal Collections Experience
SQL querying skills
