E goless.If this sounds like you, keep reading!Role SummaryWe are seeking a Medical Director to oversee the day-to-day clinical and medical execution of studies. The individual will be responsible for seamless execution of studies and support the cross-functional Development team in forming the clinical strategy with a focus on protocol development and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport development of the strategy for clinical program(s)Support design of trials and develop protocols for individual studiesOversee day-to-day clinical and medical execution of studiesServe as medical monitor, working closely with the CRO, clinical operations, and pharmacovigilance on study execution including safety reportingWork closely with cross-functional colleagues, including, but not limited to, clinical operations, regulatory, biostatistics, and data management, to ensure timely and flawless execution of clinical planPartner with clinical operations on site selection, recruitment, and CRO managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with PIsServe as primary medical point of contact for sites and PIs, as applicableIdeal CandidateExperience in clinical development within the Immunology & Inflammation therapeutic area, ideally with atopic dermatitis development experience3-5 years’ experience as Medical Monitor and/or Medical DirectorEmerging leader with a growth mindset, can-do attitude, willing to mentor as well as learn from othersStrong communication skills with an ability to present to a variety of stakeholders and tailor message accordinglyExperience filing Investigational New Drug applications and/or Biologics License Applications is idealWilling to travel up to 20%The anticipated salary range for candidates for this role will be $270,000-$285,000 / year.
