The Cloud and Software Technical Partner Manager will lead and own the technical relationship between Lenovo and a strategic OS partner.
As a Technical Partner Manager, you will be responsible for:Serving as the technical interface between the partner and Lenovo hardware business unit (BU).Understanding the strategy for the Lenovo BU and communicating to the partner, facilitating technical and business discussions, centered around achieving Lenovo’s BU goals.Developing and fostering a relationship with the partner.Working across BUs to achieve a common goal.Serving as the primary contact for Lenovo and trusted advisor who will influence the partners direction.Identifying opportunities for further collaboration between Lenovo and the partner that aligns with Lenovo’s business goals.Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering disciplines (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical), Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, in the software/technology industry or related experience.Strong critical thinking, influencing, and relationship management skills.Additional Or Preferred QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering disciplines (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical), Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in business and technical interaction with C-level business decision makers.
