As the Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and providing strategic guidance to support our client's continued growth.

Join the team and make an impact as you utilize your expertise as a controller in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary controller for our manufacturing client, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysisOversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliationsDevelop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and production, to provide financial insights and support decision-making processesPrepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trendsDrive the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate financial plans and monitor performance against targetsContinuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems, implementing improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiencyQualifications :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation preferredProven experience as a Controller in a manufacturing or industrial-focused organization, with a deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principlesStrong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing sectorDemonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a manufacturing contextExperience in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and ensuring compliance in a manufacturing environmentExceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Work Model:

Hybrid, with 2-3 days in office per week

Compensation:$120,000 - $130,000 with bonus potential based on company performance
