In this critical leadership role, you'll guide our client's HR strategy, fostering a positive work environment and driving impactful initiatives that support our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve peak performance.Collaborate effectively with HR and business partners to understand needs and recommend innovative solutions.Partner with IT to leverage technology to enhance HR processes and functionality.Develop and manage relationships with key vendors to ensure successful project execution.Guide the team and stakeholders through planned system updates and new technology implementations.Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.Requirements:
10+ years of HR and leadership experience.Extensive experience with compensation plans, benefits management, employment law, and HRIS systems.A strong understanding of HR industry trends and the ability to anticipate future challenges.Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.Proven leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, and a strong focus on employee development.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change effectively.A Bachelor's degree is required.
