Position Summary:

Responsible for achieving Bethany Village Assisted Living occupancy and sales goals by using consultative sales techniques to generate and cultivate leads, discovering prospective resident needs and guiding prospects through the sales process to close sales. Collaborates with other members of the Bethany marketing & sales team, Bethany Social Workers and Independent IDT to reach budgeted occupancy levels throughout Bethany Assisted Living products. Accurately and ethically presents the Bethany lifestyle and continuum of services to prospective residents and family members, community and professional organizations and referral sources.

Compensation: $50,000+ - with additional incentive opportunity - Based on Experience

Position Accountabilities and Performance Criteria

:

Uses consultative sales protocols and techniques to establish rapport with prospective residents and family members, move clients through the sales process and close sales.

Achieves departmental performance measures for number of completed phone calls and appointments/tours, and conversion of calls to appointments and appointments to sales.

Cultivates new sales leads and referral sources through building relationships and outreach activities with community and/or professional organizations.

Maintains accurate records of leads and scheduled and completed activities through the Enquire lead management software system. Uses Enquire data for lead follow up according to departmental protocols and identification of most likely prospects.

Presents, explains and executes applications for Assisted Living admissions using and gathering residency agreements and other required documents; accurately records and processes payment for the community fee.

Follows established admissions policies and procedures.

Supports other members of the marketing team and licensed care admissions staff in achieving organizational sales and occupancy goals.

Collaborates departments to ensure that residences are vacated and renovated in a timely manner and that resident needs and expectations are met during the move-in and orientation process.

Participates in the Independent Care Team weekly meeting to learn of potential IL residents needing to access the continuum.

Maintains membership in various long-term care marketing associations or other professional and/or community organizations to satisfy the marketing and sales goals of the department.

Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization and all federal and state laws regarding the privacy of protected health information.

Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization regarding the use of technology and technology-based information.

Responsible for welcoming and onboarding new employees.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualification

s

:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or social work. Excellent interpersonal communications skills and ability to relate well to the public, particularly to the senior market. Skills in entering and retrieving computer data for lead management.

Minimum Experience:

Experience in senior living marketing and sales preferred.
