Job Overview: As an Associate HR Generalist, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of HR department and assist with various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: HR Records Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Onboarding Support:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding documents, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with new hire paperwork. Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing information and assistance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Performance Management Assistance:

Assist with the administration of performance management processes, including scheduling performance reviews, tracking performance evaluations, and maintaining performance records. Policy and Procedure Communication:

Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees, ensuring awareness and understanding of company guidelines and expectations. HR Project Support:

Provide support to HR executives on special projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation. Executive Assistance:

Assist Head of HR with administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting coordination Skills & Qualifications: Junior or Senior HR student, recent graduate with bachelor's degree in Human Resources Or PHR or CP-SHRM certification with 3 years of HR Generalist experience Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS software. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws/regulations practiced in the USA. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
