Position Overview:We are looking for a Controller who will play a key role in managing the financial health of Liona Enterprises Inc. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and a track record of success in working with small and mid-sized businesses, particularly in the IT integration sector. Responsibilities:Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, government contracts, and industry standards.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and interests.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Audit Preparation: Prepare for and coordinate financial audits, liaising with external auditors as necessary.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.2. Proven experience as a Controller in a similar industry, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses.3.
