Job Description SummaryThe Talent and Culture Department at Broward College is seeking an experienced human resources professional who has an extensive background with onboarding transactions such as Form I-9 verifications for a 1 yr. internal review project. This professional should have an advanced and current knowledge of the USCIS regulations and expertise in audit transactions of this nature.As a subject matter expert, the individual is responsible for providing guidance on procedures, and regulations, supporting the college with staying abreast of government and/or regulatory requirements. May perform other job-related duties as directed by the college, including but not limited to clerical duties requiring general knowledge of basic office systems and procedures in a high volume area.

Minimum Education:Bachelor's DegreeAn equivalent combination of experience and education may be consideredMinimum Experience/Training:

4 years of recent experience in auditing Form I-9 documentation.Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).Working knowledge of Workday and other HRIS preferred.Ability to adapt to shifting work priorities.Ability to effectively communicate ideas verbally and in writing.Ability to demonstrate customer service skills.An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be consideredEssential Functions:

Daily - 50%: Ensure compliance with Form I-9 requirements, maintaining accurate records and facilitating the verification process.Daily - 30%: Provide professional support to the Talent Management team in managing special projects.Daily - 15%: Prepares routine documents.Other, as needed - 5%: Performs related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
