Job DescriptionPosition Overview

The HR Regional Generalist Employee Relations and Experience will work directly with the Director or Manager of Human Resources, to influence and execute the employee experience strategy. In this role, the Sr. Generalist will be responsible for advising and coaching leaders on employment matters including policy interpretation, HR procedures, employee conflicts, and performance management.

Job Functions

Oversee benefits, payroll, training and development, legal compliance, and other human resource issues; andRecruiting, screening, setting up interviews, and placing employees; andPrepare offer packets, benefit packets, and other employee-related information, including employment verification; andCoordinate new hire paperwork and new hire orientation meetings; andMaintain employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance; andPlan and oversee annual performance appraisal process and bonus plan; andAssist with the creation of training manuals, HR manuals, and employee handbook updates, including updating job descriptions as needed; andPrepare employee census information for insurance, 401(k), and other reports; andOversee 401K plan and administration; andOversee all insurance policies, including workman's comp; andOversee all other employee benefit plans; andOther ad-hoc reporting and duties as needed related to the responsibilities above.Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources or related discipline;3+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, and Benefits administration experience in a leadership role;High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordExtensive experience with Payroll software - ADP preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills;Impeccable analytical and organizational skills;Self-motivated and self-directed;Ability to work closely with a senior management team.
