Responsibilities of the
Purchasing Assistant can include :
Support purchasing team with diverse clerical and administrative support, which can include, data entry, filing and copyingFollow up and communicate with suppliers on part delivery for service and production partsAssist Purchasing Agents with various tasks, for example, downloading prints and following up on quotesRequired Qualifications for the
Purchasing Assistant:
Must have a minimum of a high school diplomaStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to recognize priorities and work well without detailed instructionsMust be proficient with computers and computer applications
