Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team for ongoing and project-based assignments.Communicate and clarify company-related policies and procedures to employees. Perform other duties as assigned.Maintain training and compliance systems used both internally and externally. Track and report on activities as needed.ssist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and department metrics including, but not limited to, EEO and Affirmative Action, and fulfill ad-hoc and audit requests. Prepares and administers various form processing to support employment actions including, but not limited to, PHR and discontinuation notices.Support the HR Business Partner and Staffing Manager in maintaining corporate policies, user guides, presentations, and other documentation, including updating the HR-related Intranet pages.Serve as an HR resource to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and HR systems. Assist in communicating programs and systems to employees and in developing user guidelines and documentation.Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirement
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; or at least four years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.PHR or SHRM CP certification is preferred.2 years' experience in Human Resources generalist or recruiting experience.2 years' experience with applicant Tracking Systems, Performance Management Systems, or Learning Management Systems experience.Required Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
General knowledge of Human Resources programs and functionsKnowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to HR, including wage and hourExcellent Excel Skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Wordbility to implement HR-related tasks, processes, and projects to ensure smooth daily HR operations.Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail, organizational and time management skillsbility to maintain effective and positive business relationships with all levels of staff and to work in a team environment.Data-driven individual with strong data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
